Officers were called to the 13700 block of Meadowbrook Road in Woodbridge at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, where there was a reported indecent exposure incident following the crash.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, a 25-year-old woman was at a gathering in the area when she heard her vehicle being struck by a silver Toyota, which subsequently sped away.

The woman followed the driver, police say, tracking him to the area of Dale Boulevard and Hillendale Road, where there was a confrontation.

During that encounter, it is alleged that a passenger in the striking vehicle exposed himself to the woman and threatened to have a firearm, though none was ever presented.

A passerby intervened and the pair were separated. The woman then returned to Meadowbrook Road and called the police.

It remains under investigation.
